FREE REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

The HOURS OF USE of all DUROTEST lamps and equipment are based on the ignition time, under normal commercial and industrial service conditions, according to the specifications of the Electrical Industry Standardization Committee.

The hours of normal use of DUROTEST incandescent bulbs vary from 3,500 to 8,000 hours, depending on the type and service for which they were designed and manufactured; DURO DE MÉXICO SA DE CV guarantees its life under conditions of normal use for a period of six months to one year, in accordance with what is established in its list of hours of normal use and specifications.

DUROTEST fluorescent lamps are guaranteed from 12 to 36 months under normal use conditions and according to what is established in their list of hours and specifications.

DUROTEST discharge lamps are guaranteed for a period of one to three years, in accordance with what is established in their list of hours of normal use and specifications.

The equipment and lamps designed with LED technology, are guaranteed from 24 to 48 months in all its components, the hours of normal use vary between 30,000 and 50,000 hours, DURO DE MÉXICO SA DE CV guarantees its life under conditions of normal use and compliance with what is established in its list of hours and specifications.

In accordance with the terms of this free replacement guarantee, lamps and/or equipment that do not meet the requirements referred to above, will be replaced free of charge to the original purchaser, as long as they are returned to DURO DE MÉXICO SA DE CV , within the maximum period established in our lists of specifications for each product, counted from the date of the corresponding invoice. Customers can return these lamps only to be replaced and not for a refund of the amount paid according to the invoice. In the event that any product has been discontinued or is out of inventory, the replacement will be made with any other product from our line of equivalent value at the customer's choice. This free replacement guarantee exclusively covers our merchandise sold within the Mexican Republic.
